SLD’s Future Readiness Insights Report
To better understand the level of awareness that brands have of the Strategic Foresight methodology and what challenges they may face in executing a Strategic Foresight process, SLD conducted a global survey with approximately 800 respondents. The study took place between November 2019 and February 2020, and upon completion of the survey, participants were given scores that outlined their readiness for the future and a guidebook that would help them leverage Strategic Foresight to enable a transition towards a robust and sustainable future for their brand.
Based on the survey results, SLD was able to validate the hypothesis that even though there is a general agreement about the need to transform existing processes to embrace the future, there exists a lack of resolve and urgency about the necessary changes and training required.
