SLD’s approach to AI is human-first, with AI in a supporting role.
We’ve always believed great work comes from great people. That belief shapes how we approach AI at SLD (Shikatani Lacroix Design). We see AI as a tool that amplifies what we do best — not a shortcut or something to fear. Our human insight and creativity can’t be replaced, but it can be supported by this new technology.
No one has all the answers yet. At SLD we’re excited to keep trying, learning and sharing what we discover. Our AI Guiding Principles are the foundation of our approach. Our AI practices will change as the context and technology evolves, but our core philosophy will remain focused on what’s best for people.
