WHO HE IS

As SLD’S Chief Financial Officer, Derek brings more than 15 years of experience in various agency settings to the table. He is a vocal advocate of design, branding and innovation as an asset with an inherent value for organizations. He is an expert at allocating resources to invest in areas of opportunity that deliver value to SLD and our clients.

HIS ROLE

Derek manages the day-to-day business operations, and oversees all financial and operational matters such as fiscal accounting, auditing, taxation, financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, legal, and HR.

WHEN HE’S NOT AT WORK

Derek plays hockey weekly and is a fan of many sports. He has seasons tickets to the Raptors and was in the stadium when Kawhi hit that famous buzzer beater.
