Since its launch in 2015, Progresif has positioned itself as a challenger brand in Brunei’s telecommunications sector. Within five years, the company experienced significant growth and set its sights on the next phase. To truly embody its name, Progresif needed to move beyond products and packages. Its goal was to create a space that was vibrant and community-driven; a place where younger people could feel engaged, inspired, and a part of something bigger.

Its goal was to create a space that was vibrant and community-driven; a place where younger people could feel engaged, inspired, and a part of something bigger.

 

To bring this vision to life, Progresif partnered with SLD and Maplewave to design a flagship experience that both reflected the brand’s bold personality and elevated the overall customer journey.

 

Rooted in music and artistic expression, two defining elements of Gen Z culture, the design celebrates creativity. At the center is a fully equipped, professional-grade recording studio that provides aspiring musicians a place to record, experiment, and share their talent directly within the store.

 

Flexibility is another defining feature. With fixtures mounted on wheels, the layout can be easily transformed to host live performances, workshops, and product showcases that continually refresh the experience and keep it relevant for its audience. A bright palette guides customers through the space, beginning at the storefront where a luminous archway draws them in. Once inside, an open-concept layout integrates interactive digital touchpoints that encourage further exploration. At the same time, a backdrop of bold wall graphics, artistic murals, and vibrant accents reinforces the brand’s energetic spirit.

 

The result is a retail environment that redefines what a telecom brand can be. More than a store, it serves as a cultural hub where young people can connect with technology and their communities in ways that feel exciting, modern, and unmistakably Progresif.
