About the presentation:

The tug of war between online and retail sales continues to rage on, which is all part of a need to create new business models and experiences that better engage customers. Shikatani Lacroix Design conducted research on how millennials engage with brands and will be sharing the results and insights of this study to help retailers evolve their consumer engagement.

The session will cover:

  • How do millennials engage with brands
  • What is the role and importance of immersive technology
  • How to apply the insights to the customer path to purchase
