Keith’s Museum
As part of an aggressive program to build on its brewing heritage, the management of Keith’s Brewery initiated a project to convert portions of the old brewery, in Halifax’s waterfront district, into an actual working museum brewery in keeping with the early nineteenth-century traditions of its founder. The challenge for Shikatani Lacroix was to develop a tour with a clearly defined path using signage to guide visitors, while entertaining and educating them on the rich history of the Nova Scotia Brewery.
