Rogers AT&T embarked on a plan to launch the Communications Store by combining all its key sub-brands into one retail environment: wireless, messaging, internet on cable, cable TV, digital cable, videos, DVDs, and magazines. Shikatani Lacroix was retained to develop this unique retail experience for Rogers AT&T by creating a non-intimidating, one-stop-shop environment where customers could research a variety of communication products and related services.
